Hot tub and furniture on patio facing the lake. Gorgeous 3 season room overlooks the lake. Outdoor firepit with wood supply. Wood fireplace in living room. Walk out lower level. Gas grill with propane provided. We are dog friendly; maximum of 2 dogs unless approved. You can enjoy our kayaks, canoe, paddleboat, row boat, paddleboards; and you can rent the owner's pontoon boat to explore the lake. Minutes from Nordic Mtn ski area-ski, tube, restaurant and bar overlooks the lake. Waushara County has many walking, biking, hiking, cross country ski trails. Adorable shops, Amish country, farm markets, Fall activities at the farm- Wonderful memories will be made at this home! Must be 25 or older to book.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The lake view was beautiful and made the whole trip feel so relaxing and peaceful. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great getaway. The host and her husband were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. We also rented their boat, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip! Everything was easy, fun, and such a great experience being out on the lake. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway. We would absolutely stay here again! ??

Our family vacation at your lakehouse was amazing! The beautiful weather allowed us to use all the outside boats, boards, and pontoon boat; and we loved the water, clean shallow lake too! The house was perfect and allowed space for our family to spread out too. The hot tub was a hit, even though it was hot outside. Can't wait to come back again

Our stay was great! There were a couple of us with small children and the house was a perfect setup for us. The swimming for young kids was perfect with shallow water off the dock and a sandy bottom. All of the included water toys were a bonus too - from kayaks to floaties and even sand toys. It overall was a great stay!

Our family of 8 spent a wonderful weekend at Shimmering Shores. The house was very clean, well stocked & met our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub after spending time on the water with the kayaks, paddle boards & pedal boat. Fishing from the dock and on the lake were successful. We rented the pontoon boat which added to our fun. The hosts were very attentive to our needs & we look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful stay, start to finish. Home extremely well-appointed with tasteful (neither excessive nor chintzy) seasonal decor. Very well equipped kitchen with all glassware, dishes and appliances needed for an enjoyable stay. Dealing with Bonnie was so easy, not complicated, and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating to my few inquiries. Fishing off the pier was great, and sunsets beautiful.
